Girl, all I can say is if a guy doesn't really go for the aesthetic of type 4 hair, then what are we doing trying to get his attention??? lol
Yes, sometimes it can feel like looser curls get all the love. But as long as you know your hair is beautiful in all it's afro-y glory, then it shouldn't matter! We crave that positive reinforcement and it sucks that sometimes we don't get it. It can be frustrating at times, but just know that there are people out there who will appreciate you just the way you are.
Then you'll be coming on here telling us how a cute guy won't stop touching your fro. LOL
