The Organix shampoos are sulfate free and could be a nice alternative to sulfate shampoo, but the conditioners do have cones. For co-washing I prefer lighter conditioners (my personal favorite is VO5 Vanilla Min Tea). Make sure you massage your scalp well when co-washing and continue massaging while you rinse. Nature's Gate has some nice cone-free conditioners that work well for rinse-out and/or leave-in. If you consider the VO5 too commercialized, I've heard that Giovani's TTT conditioner works well as a co-wash.
