I feel your pain on this - I have to leave for work by 6:30, and that's just way too early for me to eat breakfast. But I started noticing how that was affecting me (diet, energy, skin, nails/hair, everything) and started taking stuff with me that I can eat at work around 8 or so when I'm ready for breakfast. I work in an office, so I have access to a refrigerator, microwave, etc. so I can pretty much bring whatever I want. But I usually opt for oatmeal as its quick and filling.
