I wake up at 5:30am. When I grocery shop I keep in mind what my weekday breakfast needs to be.

Eggs or Ham (cooked the night before)
Fruit to go: Bananas, Oranges...save the strawberries for the weekend.
Veggies (like carrots)/Nuts
Oatmeal/Cereal
Yogurt

Nothing is more important than your health. I gave up coffee my freshman year of college. Get good sleep and eat real food from all the groups and you won't need it.
