Mr. Spring has some pork shoulder going in the smoker I got him for Christmas. I never thought I'd see him so excited about preparing food, I love it.
So we're having pulled pork (fingers crossed it comes out good, y'all), baked beans, and coleslaw. I'm even going the extra mile and making real baked beans instead of dumping from a can and heating.
With leftover pork I'm going to attempt Brunswick stew next week.
