CC: Mine is actually to start jogging.
I lost 10-12 lbs last summer doing Insanity, but my current accommodations doesn't allow for enough workout space that Insanity requires. So I've decided to just get some sneakers and go jogging in the mornings.
The lost one I made and kept was to stop drinking sodas. I was addicted to Pepsi which stained my teeth something fierce, and since stopping they've gotten better.
I still drink it every now and then, but not the 2 per day that I was up to back when I was in Japan.
I ain't thirsty. There's plenty of fish in the sea, but I don't want all of them, can I have some standards? Or do we just have to settle, for someone's who meh and will do.
