well, she's been doing weird things like fasting for days and then eating once a day, idk how she's still alive to be honest. But it's soo frustrating.
I've read this article about losing weight, and my app for counting calories the calorie limit is too low according to this other website, it says 1400 (my app fitnesspal), but at my weight and calcs, I should be eating still 2000 to lose 1-2lbs a week.
