So far, I looooove this! I used a ton more of this than any styling product I usually use, and it still wasn't crunchy at all. In fact, my hair is really soft and is curling wonderfully with nice volume. The add-ins are perfect for my low porosity hair, and it's really shiny. Also, Erin's customer service is GREAT. I already put this product in my signature, haha, but I think it will be a keeper. I will update if anything changes.
