Some tips...
1. Moisturize daily
2. Apply a butter or oil on your ends every day
3. Protect your ends as much as possible by having your hair up as much as you can
4. Be careful when detangling hair. Take your time

for thin hair but med hair strands. You think butters for ends only better then oils? Idk how I should moisturize everyday when I try it looks nasty and feel nasty

It would depend on how your hair absorbs these. My hair soaks it up so that's why I do this daily. It depends on the individual
