It depends...I guess I rotate my gels...but ALWAYS use the deva foam...this time of year I can use gel with glycerin high on the ingredent list...so using arcangel....with pattern pusha for frizz....in high dews use SS FHG or CJ curl queen....havent found a HG gel yet....
