How does your hair repond to water? Does it soak it up or does it take awhile to become wet? I'm lp so I have to take steps to get my hair to absorb moisture or products will just sit on my hair. Also i'm very prone to buildup and my hair won't absorb when there's buildup.
Can you describe what your hair feels like? That will usually tell you if you have too much or too little protein.
