Hi!

I joined recently. I am thinking about trying the CG method. I have a couple of questions.
- I have seen a thread about before/after. Some curls look very shiny, at times almost greasy? Is it the same in real life, or is this the healthy shine?
- When using CG method, what happens if after a while you use a shampoo? Is all the work gone, and hair goes back to bad?
