Aubrey Organics has two I can think of: White Camellia & Jasmine Shine Conditioner Spray and NuStyle Organic Detangler & Shine Booster.
Both are CG friendly & about $10. They both contain proteins (quinoa) & protein analogs (aloe), which can bother some people. White Camellia is a bit more emollient & also has glycerin.
I used both of them before realizing I was protein sensitive. The slip isn't as good as cream products, but they worked fairly well & are lightweight.
I loved KCKT before I stopped using anything with cationic surfactants (i.e., behentrimonium methosulfate), because they build up on my hair something awful.
