AVG is an excellent curl enhancer for my 4a hair. As good as flax seed gel (but FSG gives more hold). I mix 3
Tbsp avg with 1 tbsp jojoba oil and (optional) 2 drops each of lemongrass, rosemary and tea tree essential oils. It defined my curls wonderful and with no
crunch.
