^ That looks really good spring! I usually find her recipes (and her) kind of disgusting, but I would make this one!

Went out for supper at a local Italian joint last night with boyfriend and sons. Veal parm, linguini, garlic bread. Then we went to Tim Horton's/Cold Stone Creamery for dessert. I never go there but had a gift card to use up, so the boys got giant ice cream concoctions and I got chai tea and donut holes.

Supper tonite will be a big hamburger patty (hamburger, turkey burger, lots of garlic and parsley), and roasted veggies (sweet potatoes, carrots, green beans, broccoli, black beans, corn). I think I will make some sugar free, flour free peanut butter cookies for dessert.
