Ok, I'm joining this thread. I finally joined a gym last week after over a year off, and really hoping I stick with it.

Today I did 45 min of cardio followed by stretching and abs. Tomorrow I have an appt with a trainer where she'll tell me the workout plan she's made up for me and then walk me through a 30 min session. I expect I'll be nice and sore for the next couple of days.
