Fish oil helps. So does b vitamins because they give energy.
I take wellbutrin, 300mg every morning. It surprisingly does help me a lot. SNRIs and SSRIs gave me too many awful side effects and Wellbutrin has (for me) none, except insomnia (which can be solved by taking it when you wake up and not at night).
And I second the yoga. It does wonders.
