I'm sorry you're having such a difficult time. Make sure you're nourishing your adrenals too... they play such a huge factor in fibro and constant pain and stress depletes them.. same with your magnesium stores.
I've recently added rhodiola to my routine and I'm liking it. I'm not having depression issues but my adrenals are causing problems.
