I'm glad you responded here because I've been taking magnesium glycinate since it came up in the migraine thread. It's been 1.5-2 months and while my fibro flare-ups have still been intense, I've been more energetic on the whole. And I've been in better spirits. I'm not sure if that's due to having more energy or not, but just feeling healthier on that note--vitality, is invaluable.
