Walked really hard and fast for 1/2 hour yesterday. Had to do it back and forth in a tunnel under Grand Central Station because it was too cold outside, and I am very proud of myself.

Can't wait for warmer weather so I can march around outside again. Going to start doing some situps and lifting at home....trying to motivate myself to add this to the walking.
