I am 32 and I've noticed that although things have gotten a LOt better for someone like me - a female POC - that most people don't question what they say or hear anymore. I think this is more noticeable from younger Gen Xers and Gen Y. Seniors and middle-aged people who think this way tend to do this to support their views; I think early 30-somethings and those in their 20s do this out of ignorance and lack of critical-thinking skills. Many don't question much.
