It's very cold here right now (Midwest), and I'm having plumbing trouble (leaky pipe), so I just blew mine dry today. Usually I diffuse about 80%, but it's just too cold to let that wet hair stick to my neck for the hour or so it will take to fully dry.
However, I'm just a 2, so in winter cold, I'm not that wavy anyway. Well, not without effort, at least.
I don't note any damage.
