I'm totally with you on that. I don't know if it's just me, but I HATE Facebook. I neglect mine entirely as it is, and it's one thing for a business to have a Facebook page as a side project, but Facebook is NOT a replacement for a professional website!! Not everybody wants to deal with the now downright impossible to navigate Facebook just to learn how to use a product. Ok, rant over.

If they're aren't going to sell products on their website, than a fb page is all the same to me.
