I can't decide if I should start keeping snacks in my office so I have something to eat in the afternoon when I'm hungry, or if I shouldn't, because then I'll eat it even if I don't need it.

I am so hungry right now. Oy.

If you are running 9 miles regularly, then definitely keep snacks around! I am training for a triathlon and my appetite is out of control. I try not to worry about it too much, eat when I'm hungry, and just make sure my food is healthy. I don't know about you, but I just cannot work out this much AND be super strict about how much I eat as well!
