Hi all!
I'm working out almost every day, i usually rest once or twice a week.
I sweat a lot so i have to wash my hair daily, but i'm scared about damage my hair, so i need advices.
Before my recent big chop, i wash my hair every 2 days with a baby shampoo (johnson baby shampoo which has sulfate but it's milder than other sulfate shampoo).
Now i was thinking that maybe it would be better to wash everyday but using milder routine.
Repeated CW leaves my hair greasy and mushy, so i was wondering about this routine:
1) wash with sulfate-free shampoo once a week
2) CW in the remaining day

What do you think about this routine?
