See what your hair likes. I also wash daily due to intense workout and I rote between straight co-washing, cleansing conditioners (my personal favorite) and low-poo (sulfate-free shampoo). I decide in the morning what to use based on what products I used the day before and how my hair feels. If it feels a little drier I use a more gentle option. If I used heavy styling products the day before I go with a stronger cleanser. I also generally use rich ROs and lots of protein (my hair is fine and loves protein).
