I've been CO washing for a while now, but I'm curious about shampoo bars. Are they only low-poo, or are they similar to CO? Tell me what you think about them and which method you think you like better!

If it helps I have waist length 2a-2c hair, high density, low-med porosity, thick strands, and quite frizzy.
