Hi CL, I've had to suspend walking to manage a huge work project which meant I had to get up at 4:00 in the a.m. and stay late. Just to keep going I am eating all the wrong foods too!

Today I split a zipper and had a wardrobe malfunction, but thank god it is all over and now I can return to walking hard and eating better. Thanks for asking. More motivation for me to stick with it.
