I need help!
I live in Ottawa, Canada, where the winters are cold and slightly humid (although you don't feel it when it's -20C outside!). My hair is very frizzy right now and I suspect it's my curl enhancer that's making it so, although it works great in summer and fall. I've tried to do a deep conditioning treatment, use an ACV rinse once a week, and a protein treatment once a week as well, but can't get rid of the frizz.

Should I be using a humectant or anti-humectant in this type of weather?
