miss: my hair's porosity changing . i had high porosity hair for as long as i could remember. i'm used to my hair starting to dry while i'm toweling off. now my hair remains wet for a good while and drips down my back.

miss: my hair being angry with shea butter because my porosity is changing

miss: peanut oil for my hair (feels like nothing on hair) but my skin loves it

I cut off about 5-6 stretched inches in November (although this was not the majority of my hair, so I wonder if this would have made a difference as the rest is not "new" growth). Now my hair takes forever to get wet and to dry. I'll sit under the steamer with conditioner in my hair, and the conditioner won't soak in. It is SO bizarre. On the plus side, my moisture retention has improved dramatically.
