Just called a meeting to address this. I can't speak for the past, but moving forward, I'm definitely suggesting that Curly Gurus gotta go. It's a start...
This will require major conversations across different teams (ad team, me as community manager communicating your feedback, the tech team, etc)
I will keep you all posted, more than likely through an announcement at the top of the boards, because there are multiple threads about this. I'd rather keep the convo in one place.
