Thanks for the info.
No, it doesn't feel dry. It feels nice and soft. It gets frizzy when it's completely dry. I usually wash my hair at night and dry it. Then in the morning I spritz with water until hair is very damp, scrunch in a curl enhancer, then diffuse until about 70% dry.
Of course, I'm sure that wearing a hat doesn't help, but it's -25C here, so I don't have much choice!
