Bwavy, haha. That's ok. I've been obsessing over my aunt's cake for a couple decades now. We've tried the mayo cake. Not it.

I made a Japanese cheesecake for the first time last year (recipe from Saria). It was so good.

That Smith Island cake is beautiful. It does look like a Dobosh torte.

I use it to make grilled cheese, perfect grilled cheese everytime!
