Ever heard the saying, "There is nothing new under the sun"? The CWC (condition wash condition) Method is not new. I can't say for certain how old it is or where it originated, but I first used it in the early 1970s (in another millenium!!!). I think I got the idea from a fashion magazine at the time. I would first wet my hair. Then I used a deep conditioner with my hair covered for about 30 minutes. Then I would put diluted shampoo on my scalp only. But I worked the shampoo through my hair as well, followed by a thorough rinsing. I then followed with a second conditioner. After, again, rinsing my hair, I would have a final rinse with apple cider vingear and cool water. My hair was in fabulous condition!! I highly recommend this process. You just have to find the right conditioner and shampoo for your hair type.
