Have any of you ever heard of intermittent fasting? I saw a very compelling BBC documentary on the subject called Eat, Fast, and Live Longer. Maybe this link will work?

I was so fascinated by this lifestyle, I joined a VERY active Facebook group of people who are doing it -- "it" is generally 2 days a week, you eat 5 to 600 calories... then the other 5 days you eat whatever you want.

In addition to weight and inch loss, increased energy, and many other great health benefits, I've read quite a number of people saying they were getting a gret deal of relief from their fibro symptoms by eating this way!

It could be worth looking into, maybe?
