I agree, and trust me, after a month and a half of fighting with deva I have no desire to spend more time on the issue, however, I have spent 22 long years figuring my hair out, fighting to get it how I want, so to have all that undone in a couple hours, and to be treated how I was, is to me utterly unacceptable. Im not here just whining, or harassing, Im officially getting to word out because if there was one thing that was abundantly clear, it is that they care for the money and nothing else. I used to wear my hair down everyday, and Im currently job searching, them destroying my hair is nothing to them but to me it changed my everyday life and lord knows Ive spent at least 200 bucks on products to fix it.
Social media reviews are a consumers only weapon. If we dont make companies accountable, like deva chan, then curlies like us will always have horror story after horror story and no one will care. So if you note persistance, or an aggressive approach to this, its because, yes I am on a mission, if companies learn there is repercussions to their actions, there will be in general a higher standard for all of us.
I guess thats just how I see it!
