I've mostly stuck to working out four times a week. I just finished level 2 of the 30-day Shred for the second time in a week. I see a lot of improvement in muscle tone. I even lost an inch on my waist and my weight finally got below 130. I'm fit but I want to be able to do an endurance competition and not see cellulite on my legs and butt.
