I ended up trying out Curltopia in Atlanta.
Verdict: Hands down, now contest, Will at Curl Lounge! I can't even believe how much of a difference there is between the two, and Will is a far superior artist and totally better understands Deva. He is also a superior teacher, and makes sure you completely have the method down.
