Hi Nichole23! I'm originally from Cleveland so I feel your pain with the weather. Have you tried bantu knots, flat twists, or curlformers? I used to braid the front of my hair in various styles and either pin up the back, let it fro out, twist it, or bun it. Using different accessories can help the same style look different too. Also, youtube is a wealth of knowledge.
