Pilates. All I can say is I'm glad I don't have to walk up and down the stairs at work tomorrow (or indeed the rest of the week because I'm on holiday) but omg the burn today.
Also I have reeeeeaaaaaallllllyyyy tight hamstrings at the moment.
Fat does not make you fat. It's actually pretty important.
