Where can I add daily protein?
I cowash with TJ's tea tree tingle condish, then I condition with Shea Moisture moisture retention. I do fsg, then SM smoothie, then a little KCCC.
I do a PT of egg yolks and rum weekly, and my hair ADORES it. Ive done just coconut oil and it doesnt do it after that.
My question is, where should/can I add in protein? and what should I add in?
