FAIL again. I am going to try adding two more eggs. It's too bad because I really like the cake as is (well, I cut the sugar by two ounces after the initial two because it really can do with less). The person who made it as a roulade must be doing some major voodoo because this cake is not meant for rolling! I can see a crack in one of her photos, but overall it holds!
