Trying to lose weight for a future baby. Still have 20 lbs to lose from my first pregnancy and would love to lose 40 lbs before getting pregnant again. I have joined weight watchers and am down 15lbs since December.
Gym classes work best for me. Did 1 hour of Zumba today and I feel pumped. Hope to exercise 3/4x a week. Wish me luck!
