Gym classes work best for me. Did 1 hour of Zumba today and I feel pumped. Hope to exercise 3/4x a week. Wish me luck!
I'm doing weight watchers also! Ive gone on and off of it for years now and it has been the only thing that has truly worked for me. I just started again two weeks ago so I can't wait to weigh in on sunday and see how I've done so far!
