I've been doing the shampoo free method for over a month now and my hair looks amazing in the morning! However, I go to the gym at lunch everyday..pull my hair back with bobby pins and put a loose ponytail in. My hair looks terrible after lunch and it's so frizzy!
Does anyone have any ideas of what I can do to "spruce it up" before going back to work? I really only have like 10 minutes to change and make myself presentable!
