I must be a spaz, well, I know I am. I've tried this, it maybe improves my technique to that of a fourth grader
I've been using an angled brush. I just got a new one the other day, An e.l.f. from target. It's plastic, not painted wood and won't get black paint all over my hands! I have gotten better at using it since I started. It's not perfect but certainly better than it was.
