So, you add the gelatin to water, then add that to already prepared fsg? How much gelatin? How much water?

If I used 2t of starch, I'd use probably 3-4t water. Gelatin I'd use 1T, and mix it with probably 2T water. I don't really measure the water, tho - just put enough to dissolve it and the I mix it into the FSG.

ETA: I add the starch or the gelatin to the already strained gel, but while it's back in the pot and over the heat. Both ingredients need to cook slightly.
