Hi curlies!

This week I made a selfmade iceteamix and drank like 3/4liter a day of it... And I lost 2kilos in one week time! (I don't really know if that's the reason, but I'm sure it helped)

So .... my icetearecipe:
You'll need: water, 2 tea bags green tea, cranberryjuice and sweetener.
I first boiled water and put 500ml of it in a bowl, then I left it cooling down for 10 minutes and I left the 2 green tea bags in it for 5 minutes (I cooled it down because green tea gets bitter at a temperature of 100C, you have to let it cool down to +- 80 degrees).
After those 5 minutes I removed the tea bags and let the tea cool down until it was cold. Then I added 250ml of cranberryjuice (which makes 750ml in total) and 1,5 tablespoon of sweetener.
To be served cold!
