Perfect timing. We just booked a beach vaca for the second week in May. I need to get my butt in gear!
I don't have a super specific goal, but I'll say lose 5lbs and a bit more would be a bonus! Really I'd just like to get back into the 120s, been hovering above it for a while now.
I'm going to plan to elliptical 3x week and go to yoga 1x a week.
Went to yoga yesterday, so check that one off for this week!
