I would like to finish my first triathlon in May in under 3 hours.
I'd like my training to go to plan.
If I lose 5 lbs along the way, that would be great.

As for eating - I find it very hard to limit portion sizes when I am working out 8-9 hours per week. But I guess my goal is to stick with whole unprocessed foods and limit the junk.
